Endymion Spring ReviewI meant to read this book last year, but never got to it. It's a good book, but at times I felt like the story shamelessly borrowed from other books (Philip Pullman to name another author).
I did enjoy how Skelton moved between the modern story and the past. And, the overall story. What at times troubled me is the way that the mother was made out to be too career-oriented. However, we later find out that she's supporting the entire family since her husband got laid off.
I think the inner thoughts of the protagonist were honest and would suggest that others read this book. I know that my eldest will be reading it shortly.Endymion Spring Overview
