Just How Do Affirmations Work ReviewI read this book expecting just another how to on doing your affirmations. You know the ones I'm talking about. We've all read them for years, and still, our manifesting skills are definitely lacking, at least in certain areas.
Boy, was I in for a surprise! Ms. Sinclair had an entirely different approach. It was refreshing to read a book on affirmations that walks us through the real work of doing affirmations, such as doing the soul deep digging around that is necessary to locate and identify the obstacles holding us back. She also makes us take a good look at whether or not our affirmations are in alignment with what we really want, and not what we think we want.... or what we think we are supposed to want. Perhaps, she supposes, we don't even know what we want. Here, she walks us through a process to get very clear on our desires, and perfect affirmations to achieve the desired result.
