Metro 2033 ReviewThis book offers everything a good work of science fiction needs: a compelling story, realistic characters, lots of bizarre ideas and even a philosophically touched context.The setting is the metro of Moscow - the refuge of the last surviving humans - years after World War 3.
The society described is fragmented - every few stations are a new "state" with its own laws and borders. The tunnels are dangerous and full of mutants, the surface even more. And the hero is out on a mission to save the living humans.
